1. Cookies and site storage

Cookies and similar browser storage can remember choices or measure website use. Until you accept or reject in the notice, analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) and Google profiles are active. You can reject them at any time and they are switched off. Rejecting it does not restrict access to this website.

2. Technologies used

oma_consent_v2: first-party local storage recording your choice (analytics and Google profiles) and its date. It is necessary to respect your choice, which is valid for 180 days before we ask again. It replaces oma_consent_v1, which is deleted automatically. You can delete it through your browser settings.

oma_interno: first-party local storage that only exists in the browsers of studio staff, used to exclude their visits from measurement.

_ga and _ga_*: Google Analytics 4 measurement cookies. They are enabled if you accept analytics or while you have not made a choice, and deleted if you reject it. They distinguish browsers and maintain visit/session information. This website configures a maximum lifetime of 180 days without automatic renewal on each visit. Browser settings may shorten this period.

_clck and _clsk: first-party Microsoft Clarity analytics cookies. They are enabled if you accept analytics or while you have not made a choice, and deleted if you reject it. They link pages within the same session and recognise later visits. Clarity uses consent mode and does not enable these cookies when analytics is rejected.

Google signals: sets no cookies of its own on this website. If you accept “Google profiles”, or while you have not made a choice, Google may read or set its own cookies on Google domains (such as google.com or doubleclick.net) to link the visit to your Google account. Their lifetime is set by Google.

WordPress administration may use technical login cookies. Elementor code includes technical local/session storage under the key elementor; its presence does not mean it is used on every visit. Session storage ends with the session; local storage may remain until expiry or deletion.

3. Analytics purpose and provider

OMarquitectura uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits, approximate geographical origin, referring channels, pages viewed, scrolling and clicks on contact links. Clarity generates heatmaps and session recordings to analyse use and identify navigation problems; sensitive fields and content are masked. Clicking a contact link is not proof that a call or enquiry was completed. We do not send contact-message contents or intentionally identify visitors by name.

Google and Microsoft provide the analytics services. If you accept “Google profiles (Google signals)”, or while you have not made a choice, Google links the visit data with information from the accounts of users who are signed in to Google and have ad personalisation turned on. OMarquitectura only receives aggregated reports on age, gender, interests and cross-device use, with thresholds that prevent identifying individuals. Google may also use that information for advertising under its own policies. This website shows no ads. Microsoft Clarity receives consent for analytics storage only. The page address we send to Google Analytics keeps only campaign (utm), ad-click and internal-search parameters; Microsoft Clarity records the full address of the page visited.

4. Accept, reject or change your choice

The notice lets you accept all, reject all, or choose analytics and Google profiles separately (Google profiles require analytics). You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement and removes accessible Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity cookies; it does not undo data already lawfully collected. Blocking cookies in your browser may affect technical functions.
