What does a turnkey project include?
We agree the scope with you before starting: design, approvals, coordination and support. The detailed proposal sets out the included work, collaborators and each party’s responsibilities.
Does it include a fixed construction price?
Full support does not in itself mean a fixed construction price. Fees, collaborators’ quotations and construction terms are defined in each proposal.
